Benny’s turning point came when he entered a stable relationship. Since then, he’s started focusing on mental health advocacy and has found genuine connection and purpose.

“Today, I feel like I’ve finally found who I am,” he said. “Now that I speak out about mental health, I receive support I never imagined. It’s been healing.”
