Matt Kalil Sues Ex-Wife Over Public Comments About Their Marriage
Former NFL offensive lineman Matt Kalil has filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, Haley Kalil, accusing her of invading his privacy after she publicly discussed intimate details of their marriage during a recent livestream interview.

During the appearance, Haley—who is a model and social media personality and was married to Kalil in 2015—made comments suggesting that her former husband’s unusually large genitalia caused significant problems in their sex life and ultimately contributed to their divorce. Speaking openly, she claimed that the issue was so extreme it required consultations with therapists and doctors.
She explained that she had explored multiple options in an effort to resolve the situation, describing it as something she can now joke about rather than feel upset over. When asked directly whether this was the primary source of their marital difficulties, she confirmed that it was, stating that the physical challenge made intimacy nearly impossible.
Haley further emphasized how rare the situation was, saying her ex-husband fell into a very small percentage of the population and that physical intimacy often resulted in pain. She went on to describe the size in graphic terms during the livestream.

According to court filings obtained this week, Matt claims that these public remarks severely disrupted his efforts to maintain a private life following his football career. He alleges that the statements revealed highly personal and sensitive information about his body and sexual life without his consent.
As a result, Matt is seeking a jury trial and is asking for damages exceeding $75,000. He claims the comments have led to ongoing unwanted attention, intrusive public discussion, and emotional distress for both himself and his family.
The lawsuit also states that his current wife, model Keilani Asmus, has been receiving an increasing number of disturbing and alarming messages since the remarks were made.
Despite the controversy, Haley stated during the livestream that she harbors no resentment toward Matt, describing him as a good person and saying she wishes him well.

Matt Kalil, who stood 6-foot-7 and weighed 315 pounds during his playing career, was drafted into the NFL in 2012 and played until 2017. He earned Pro Bowl honors during his rookie season with the Minnesota Vikings and later played his final season with the Carolina Panthers.
