Jason Aldean Announces New Album Arriving This April
Country music star Jason Aldean revealed on November 7, 2025, that his next studio album, Songs About Us, is officially on the way. The highly anticipated project is scheduled for release in April and promises to explore the full emotional spectrum of life — from its highest highs to its most difficult lows.
One of the most talked-about aspects of the album is a special duet featuring Aldean and his wife, Brittany, adding a deeply personal touch to the record.
Jason and Brittany’s Love Story
Jason and Brittany’s relationship began in March 2014, and the couple made their first public appearance together later that year at the CMA Awards. Their romance moved quickly, with an engagement announcement arriving on September 24, 2014, followed by a wedding in March 2015.
Over the years, Aldean has frequently spoken about how much Brittany means to him, often crediting her as his source of strength and stability amid the demands of fame.
“She is an incredible person inside and out,” Jason shared in 2019. “She’s my rock and keeps me grounded in this crazy world. She’s my person, without a doubt.”

Among the tracks featured on Songs About Us is “Easier Gone,” a collaboration written by Josh Kerr, Jimmy Robbins, and Lady A members Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood. The album will also include recently released songs such as “Hard To Love You,” “Lovin’ Me Too Long,” and “Help You Remember.”
According to Aldean, the 20-track album reflects both the best and worst moments people experience, capturing raw emotion and real-life stories.
A Surprise for Fans Before April
Jason surprised fans with even more exciting news on December 31, when he teased a “New Year’s Eve surprise” through a post directing followers to his website. The announcement featured Brittany as well, with the couple hinting that something special was coming sooner than expected.
“I keep hearing people say they don’t want to wait until April for new music,” Jason told fans. “So how about we release three new songs for you in January?”
The couple then confirmed that “Easier Gone” will be part of that early release, giving fans a preview of what’s to come ahead of the full album drop.
With new music arriving sooner than planned and a deeply personal album on the horizon, Songs About Us is shaping up to be one of Jason Aldean’s most meaningful projects yet.
