Man Narrowly Escapes Death After Giant Python Attacks Him on Balcony
A horrifying scene has gone viral after a man barely survived a deadly encounter with a huge python right outside his home.
The man had stepped onto his balcony for some fresh air when he noticed sudden movement near the railing. Before he could react, an enormous python slithered up from below, coiling its thick body around the balcony and launching itself straight at him.
Neighbors who heard his screams rushed outside to witness the unbelievable struggle. The snake, estimated to be several meters long, tried to strike as the man fought it off with his bare hands.
Rather than freezing in fear, the quick-thinking resident grabbed the python by its head, using all his strength to keep its powerful jaws away. The intense fight lasted several minutes before he finally managed to shove the snake back over the railing, watching it retreat into the darkness.
“He’s unbelievably lucky to be alive. A single mistake could have cost him his life,” one shocked neighbor said after the terrifying scene.
Wildlife experts later confirmed that pythons are extremely strong constrictors capable of killing large animals — and in rare cases, humans. They warned residents never to confront such creatures themselves but to immediately call animal control or authorities.
The man sustained only minor injuries but remains traumatized by the near-fatal encounter.
