After saying goodbye to California and selling his estates in Beverly Park and Hidden Hills, Sylvester Stallone has embraced a new chapter in Florida. The Rocky icon and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, who have been together for nearly three decades, recently opened the doors of their $35 million Palm Beach residence in an exclusive feature with Veranda magazine. The couple made it clear—this house isn’t just about luxury; it’s about warmth, family, and the joy of everyday living.

“It Finally Felt Like Home”

Stallone reflected on past properties, admitting that while they were impressive, they lacked the feeling of belonging. That changed when he and Jennifer walked into their Palm Beach mansion, originally built in 2014. “It finally felt like home,” Stallone said, describing the rare sense of comfort the space provided.

Luxury With a Purpose

Though the residence boasts soaring ceilings, lakefront views, and museum-worthy art, the couple focused on livability. With three dogs, a cat, and a bustling family, Stallone and Flavin wanted a place that was beautiful but also practical. “Our family is precious, but the material things are not,” Jennifer explained.

Celebrity designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard helped them strike that balance. Known for his bold yet livable style, Bullard infused the interiors with soft fabrics, playful glamour, and durable finishes—ensuring the home feels vibrant and welcoming rather than cold and untouchable.

Stallone’s art collection is one of the home’s most striking features. Instead of locking pieces away, he rotates them throughout the house. “I consider it like a wardrobe,” Stallone said, explaining how he likes to keep the walls fresh and dynamic.

Bullard highlighted this in a Veranda Instagram video, showcasing a hallway where natural light pours through tall windows. Vibrant crimson and black abstracts line one side, balanced by geometric works on the other, while a George Condo portrait commands the far wall alongside pieces by Rashid Johnson and Picasso.

Even the dining room tells a story—its 14-foot cobalt blue table was inspired by a Damien Hirst butterfly, while oversized globe lights dangle from chain-link fixtures painted the same brilliant blue. The result is a space that can host both formal dinners and casual family gatherings with equal ease.

A Touch of Hollywood in Florida

While Palm Beach life feels worlds away from Hollywood, Stallone has made sure his legacy is still present. The home includes a screening room filled with memorabilia from Rocky and Rambo, plus a gleaming private bar decorated with boxing-themed art. Among the treasures are the original Rocky script, championship belts, the Rambo knife, the iconic red robe, and a collection of awards.

A New Beginning

Stallone’s Florida move followed the 2023 sale of his Hidden Hills estate, which he parted with for $17.2 million after originally listing it for $22.5 million. That sprawling 10,500-square-foot property featured a guesthouse, equestrian facilities, orchards, and even a private theater. Still, the actor said goodbye without regret, seeking a lifestyle that better fit this stage of his life.

Now settled in Palm Beach, Stallone has found that sweet spot between elegance and comfort—a home where his art is ever-changing, his pets roam freely, and his family can gather without constraint. It’s not just a mansion; it’s a place where an icon finally feels at peace.
