How to Prepare the Mixture

  1. Start with the onion
    Slice a red onion into thin rings and place them in a cooking pot.

  2. Add garlic and ginger
    Chop several garlic cloves finely, peel and dice a piece of ginger, then add both to the pot along with the onion.
