Mary Trump Blasts Uncle Donald: Claims He’s Slipping Mentally and Struggling With Basic Tasks
Mary Trump, psychologist and outspoken niece of former President Donald Trump, has once again drawn national attention — this time with some of her most brutal criticism yet.
In a recent episode of her YouTube series Trump Trolls Trump, Mary didn’t hold back as she questioned her uncle’s cognitive state, accusing him of descending into deeper mental decline and branding his current public behavior as chaotic and unhinged.
“A Reign of Confusion and Foolishness”
Mary, who authored the bestselling memoir Too Much and Never Enough, has frequently been critical of her uncle’s leadership and psychological stability. But in this new appearance, she took her commentary to another level.
“We’re 166 days into what feels like a nonstop cycle of disorder,” she said. “Call it what you will — it’s confusion, chaos, and yes, a reign of foolishness.”
She went on to say that Trump, once known for his brash confidence, now appears to be unraveling.
“Time flies when you’re watching democracy be slowly dismantled by someone who might not even be able to tie his own shoes,” she added sarcastically.
Mixing Narcissism With Cognitive Decline?
Mary didn’t stop at concerns over mental sharpness. She also commented on what she called Trump’s unique ability to blend self-obsession with apparent cognitive issues.
“Credit where it’s due — he has somehow combined narcissism and mental decline into one act,” she said. “That’s a rare combo, and he pulls it off consistently.”
Responding to Trump’s Recent Florida Visit
Mary also slammed a recent appearance Trump made at a new immigration detention site in Florida, nicknamed “Alligator Alcatraz” by critics. When asked how long detainees would remain there, Trump reportedly gave an off-topic answer that bounced from New York tax rates to White House renovations.
Mary was blunt in her assessment: “That wasn’t a question about Florida real estate. He just can’t stay focused — because he doesn’t have an actual answer.”
She added that his behavior reminded her of “a toddler with no attention span,” and suggested that his recent actions go beyond typical political spin.
Frustration Over Transparency
Mary also criticized what she sees as Trump’s refusal to be transparent with the American people. “It’s exhausting watching someone in such a powerful position continue to dodge the truth at every turn,” she said. “It’s like he’s allergic to honesty.”
A Golden Perfume and Another Controversy
Wrapping up her remarks, Mary took aim at Trump’s latest side project — a luxury fragrance called “Victory,” priced at $249 and reportedly featuring a gold figurine of Trump as part of the packaging.
“It’s wild that a former president is hawking perfume like a late-night infomercial,” she said. “We shouldn’t have to guess what that smells like. It’s not fair to anyone with a nose — or common sense.”
