Woman Claims She Spent Three Days in Heaven — Returns With a Message for Humanity
The mystery of what happens after death has fascinated people across cultures and religions for centuries. Some believe in heaven or reincarnation, while others see death as the final end. Science offers no definite answer — leaving space for powerful personal experiences to shape belief.
Julie Poole, a UK-based spiritual teacher and author, says she has lived through one such extraordinary experience. According to Poole, she “died” at age 21 after a suicide attempt and spent three days in what she describes as heaven — a place of light, love, and guidance.
A Glimpse Beyond
Poole recalls being lifted by angelic figures into what she calls the “Higher Realms.” She remembers saying, “I’m going home,” only for the beings to tell her it wasn’t her time. Instead, they explained she had chosen a life of suffering before birth, even though they had warned her it would be overwhelming.
“They told me, ‘You tried to leave too soon. We have to heal you enough to send you back,’” Poole says.
The guides also told her she would eventually pass away at age 67 — a prophecy that looms closer now that she is in her early 60s.
A Mission of Forgiveness
According to Poole, the beings revealed that her earthly purpose was to “clear karma” and “balance out harms from past lives.” Central to this mission, she says, was learning and practicing forgiveness — which she calls one of the purest expressions of love.
After returning to her body, Poole dedicated herself to spiritual teaching, building a career as a guide, healer, and coach.
The “Golden Age” Prophecy
During her three days beyond, Poole claims she was also shown visions of humanity’s future. She describes being told of a “Golden Age,” a period between 2012 and 2032 when systems of power and control would crumble, and equality would spread across the world.
“This Golden Age is about breaking the old shackles,” Poole recalls. “Everything false, corrupt, and oppressive will fall away, allowing humanity’s true potential to rise.”
She insists this shift is not about apocalypse, but renewal.
Otherworldly Intervention
Perhaps most startling of all, Poole says she was told that advanced extraterrestrial beings have long been watching over humanity — and will intervene if leaders ever come close to nuclear self-destruction.
“They won’t allow us to destroy ourselves or the planet,” she says. “If the powerful get trigger-happy, they’ll step in.”
A Message to Humanity
Now, with only a few years until the age she was told she would die, Poole continues to spread her message: that forgiveness, compassion, and truth will guide humanity into this “Golden Age.”
Whether one sees her story as vision, faith, or fantasy, it challenges us to reflect on the possibility of life after death — and the hope of a better world to come.
