3-Day-Old Infant Leaves Viewers Speechless After Displaying Unbelievable Strength On Camera
Originally reported in June 2023, this story continues to captivate audiences online.
A newborn baby girl from Pennsylvania has stunned the internet and medical professionals after being filmed performing movements far beyond what anyone expected for her age—just three days old.
Her name is Nyilah Daise Tzabari, and she’s quickly become an online sensation.
Her mother, Samantha Mitchell, says she was as shocked as everyone else when she witnessed her newborn lifting her head, supporting her upper body with her arms, and even inching forward—all captured in a now-viral video. These movements typically don’t emerge until around the 6-month mark.
“If I hadn’t recorded it, nobody would’ve believed me,” Mitchell explained. “Even her dad, Ofer, wasn’t there at the time—I had to show him proof.”

Baby Nyilah held by her mother just days after birth.
In the now-viral TikTok video, Nyilah can be seen holding her head steady and pushing herself up—movements that would be rare even for a baby several weeks old, let alone a newborn.
“This wasn’t some random fluke,” Mitchell emphasized. “She’s shown exceptional strength since the day she was born.”

Still from the viral clip of Nyilah lifting her head and crawling at only three days old.
But that was only the beginning. At just 18 days old, Nyilah had already managed to roll from her stomach to her back. By two months, she flipped over the other way—from back to belly. Now at three months, she’s already trying to stand—with a little help.
“She just won’t stay sitting,” said Mitchell. “We’re not pushing her to stand, but she refuses to bend her knees. She’s incredibly determined.”
Her development isn’t just physical either. At just six weeks old, Nyilah began mimicking sounds and has already tried repeating phrases like “I love you,” according to her mom.
“She responds to our voices and tries to echo the sounds,” Mitchell said. “Sometimes she even tries to make us laugh by repeating noises we laugh at. It’s like she knows exactly what she’s doing.”

Another still from the viral video showing baby Nyilah attempting early crawling movements.
The video Mitchell uploaded to TikTok quickly exploded, gaining over 6.6 million likes and thousands of comments. Many viewers joked that Nyilah must be a reincarnated soul or an undercover superhero. One commenter wrote, “She’s definitely been here before,” while another joked, “At this pace, she’ll be filing taxes by next week!”
First-time dad Ofer Tzabari said he had no idea this wasn’t normal baby behavior. “I thought all newborns were this active,” he admitted. “It wasn’t until people started reacting that I realized how unusual it really was.”
Despite the attention, Mitchell says the focus remains on enjoying each new moment. “She’s such a happy, vibrant baby,” she said. “Every day she amazes us. We’re just along for the ride, seeing what incredible thing she’ll do next.”
